Quick Release / Quick Detach mount rings can be 1 or 2 piece

Quick-release scope mounts have benefits when you need flexibility in your scope setup. Here are the main benefits:

  1. Rapid Attachment and Detachment: Speed mounting and removal of a scope without tools. Great when you need to switch between optics or go back to iron sights. No fumbling with or losing screws.

  2. Maintains Zero - A quality QR mount can allow you to remove and reattach the scope without losing zero.

  3. Hot swap optics - For example you have a red dot for close range, a regular scope for long-range shooting and a dedicated night vision then a QR system on each lets you swap fast. This is essential in tactical environments where mission needs may change in seconds.
