We have update the website to a new platform (Magento 2). This allows us to offer many more products, deals and other benefits.

However in totally moving platform ther are some teething problems that will affect existing customers who have bought from Taticalscope.

Customer accounts/sales records cannot be migrated over. You will need to create a new account. We will retain access to the old website platform for a few months so any inquiries on older orders can be looked up for the time being. Refunds and credits issued and so on. We have also downloaded sales histories in CSV format.
Loyalty points will not be migrated over from the last site. We have downloaded a record of them and will reapply them on request. You must create a new account so we can add them to it.
Shipping prices have changed to match overall group policy but the free over £150 remains in play.
You can now pre-order out of stock products. They do need to be prepaid so ask before paying if you have a timeframe that needs to fit.
Scope Out Promise - See specific page for details but you now have the option to buy and try a scope for upto 90 days and return to exchange for a different scope. Obviously terms apply etc so check out the page.
